This cake was for our friend's three year old. She insisted on a Dora's Magic Mermaid Kingdom cake, so that's what she got! Chocolate cake filled with vanilla bean Italian Meringue buttercream. Covered in fondant with gumpaste decorations.
The Dora was super fun to make, and Alison loved it!
